yay i got my king pigeon and scorpion! they are not very good yet, but I’m getting there! doing yoga here is amazing:)
I actually just finished the best practice I’ve ever had in my entire life.
I didn’t listen to any music. I did 25 minutes of DEEP stretching poses and meditated. My whole mind felt clear and free. I didn’t have a single negative thought and I feel so great right now :’)
